Program Director

The Program Director of Teal Residential College is a student affairs professional within the School of Engineering and Computer Science (ECS). The Program Director is responsible for the marketing, recruitment, and admissions process for Teal. In collaboration with the Faculty Steward, the Program Director serves as the staff advisor to the College Council - providing guidance through mentoring, training, and logistical support.

Jeremy grew up in Waco, and though he lived in Dallas for ten years, he was excited to come back home and become the Program Director for Teal Residential College. He received his B.A. in Intercultural Studies from Dallas Baptist University, and holds a Master of Arts in Business Leadership and Higher Education from Bushnell University. He is also currently pursuing a PhD in Intercultural Studies from Biola University. While Jeremy has experience in the church and non-profit realms, his greatest passion is for college students. Jeremy has been married to his wife, Mikayla, for eight years. They enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, camping, and kayaking. He is always down to play pickleball or ping pong, or just grab a cup of coffee with Teal students!
