Teal Leadership Team

At Teal, we want all of our students to grow in four relationships. First, their relationship with God. No matter a student’s background or interest level, our desire at Teal is that we may cultivate spiritual maturity. Secondly, we want students to grow in their relationships with one another. As they live and learn together, may they come to know and appreciate the importance of Galatians 6:1, that we may share one another’s burdens and so fulfill the Law of Christ. Third, we pray our students will grow in their relationship with themselves. College is a time of searching. Searching for truth and searching for identity. We aspire to be a safe place for this pursuit. And finally, our hope is that students will grow in their relationship with nature. Whether working in the garden or simply coming to appreciate and steward the resources around them in their own way, we want to develop students who value the gift of creation. Our leadership team exists to help foster this culture and drive towards these goals. Our team is here to help each and every Teal student grow in these relationships and excel throughout their time at Baylor.
