Residence Hall Spaces

Tech Lab

After completing a simple safety training, Teal students can receive access to the lab where they can use important equipment to work on classroom lab projects or extracurricular projects. Lab is open to eligible students Monday-Saturday, 8 a.m. - 10 p.m., Sunday 12:00 Noon - 10 p.m.

Community Kitchen

Located on the first floor, the community kitchen is a full-sized kitchen for students to utilize throughout the year. It includes a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Students must provide their own cookware and clean up after each use. 

Media Room

The media room is a flexible space for students to connect. It includes a television, pool table, ping pong table, and moveable white boards for collaborative studying.

Study Rooms

In addition to study spaces on each floor, there are study rooms located near the lobby that feature white boards and moveable furniture to make study sessions easy and accessible.

Gordon's Getaway

Gordon's Getaway is a space reserved for Residents of Teal who have lived here more than 1 year. This study space and lounge includes a conference room, desktops with department programming, and a stocked fridge!  

Library

The Teal library is a place where students can study away from other distractions. In addition, the library features its own book collection where textbooks or recreational reading can be rented for free. Check out our Current Students tab for more info!!

Classroom

Various classes are held in the Teal classroom during each semester. For our incoming Engineering students, you may find yourself taking classes in this classroom very soon!

Mail Room

Students have the convenience of individual mailboxes in the mail room located near the library. For any letter mail, students can retrieve it directly from our mail room instead of walking to the university mail center.
